Process Expectation

I will review your request and follow up within 24 hours with questions, recommendations, and next steps. If you already know exactly what you want then please complete the survey you receive in the confirmation email.

Pre-Payment Requirement

Custom work requires a pre-payment before any work begins. A minimum deposit of $50 is required to initiate any custom project. Final pricing will be confirmed based on your specifications before work begins. This ensures clarity, alignment, and efficient scheduling of your piece.

Final Payment & Completion Policy

Final payment is required upon completion of the item prior to delivery or pickup. If final payment is not received within 7 days of completion notice, the item may be returned to inventory and offered for sale to other buyers. Any deposits made are non-refundable once work has begun.
